Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at Goose Goose Stitching! It means more to me than you could ever know. Details on my process and timelines are below:
Processing Time
- Processing time is 1-2 weeks. Please allow for additional time during busy seasons or holidays.
- If you need your order sooner, reach out to me at llittle@goosegoosestitching.com before purchasing to discuss possible expedited options.
Shipping Methods
- I offer shipping via standard carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
- Shipping times will vary depending on the destination, but generally, orders are expected to arrive within 3-10 business days from the shipping date.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping cost is a flat $6.95.
- I offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 (within the United States).
International Shipping
- I do not currently offer international shipping, but hope to in the near future.
Order Issues & Damages
- I take care to package your items securely, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your package. Provide clear photos of the damage, including the packaging, so I can assist in resolving the issue.
Address Changes
- Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. I’m not able to replace or refund orders sent to an incorrect address.
- If you need to change your address, email me within 24 hours of placing your order, and I will do my best to accommodate the change.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Once your order is on its way, it’s in the hands of the carrier, but I’m always here to help if any issues arise! If your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to the carrier directly with your tracking information to file a claim. That said, I’ll do my best to assist however I can. Just let me know how I can help!
